Orbi CBR40 Circle won't allow valorant or Minecraft marketplace

The circle parental controls is preventing Valorant from opening on our laptop and preventing the Minecraft marketplace (and all of the in-app purchases we have previously made on there) from opening on our iPad. I have tried it on kid, teen, and adult filters. I have tried it with all the options "allowed". It still won't work. Even if I put minecraft as "unmanaged", it still doesn't work. The only way I can get these things to work is the put the entire device (laptop and iPad) on the unmanaged devices list on circle. However, we need parental controls on these devices because they are used by our kids. Please let me know why valorant and Minecraft marketplace (and our in-app purchases) are being blocked by circle. Also let me know what I can do to make them be able to run with the parental controls on.
