Orbi, Circle, and Powerline 2000 help needed

he kids timeI have th Orbi RBR20 with three RBW30's attached throughout the house. We use Circle to limit the kids time on the devices. The internet connection wasn't good enough for gaming though, so I bought a Powerline 2000, hooked it up, and connected a playstation and a gaming computer. 

 

Now neither device shows up in Circle and I cannot limit the time of use or put any content restrictions in place. Ami I missing something simple here? How can I get their devices back on Circle so I can monitor the content and limit the time usage?

    Thank you for your message. I would recommend using the following link to open a support case regarding Circle: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx. To open a support case, please follow the steps below.

     

    1. Select "Get help on my NETGEAR product"

    2. Select your country

    3. Select "I have a NETGEAR product without a serial number"

    4. In the dropdown menu, please select "Circle" as the product
