ORBI (RBR50) Circle Passcode reset not sending SMS

Hi, Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing... Can anybody help ?  Where can I get help for resetting the account. Thanks in advance G

I'm having the same issue. I'd love to know if there's a way to start using Circle again.

    Hi,

     

    I think Dexter has probably helped by now, but in case not.

     

    I manged to retrieve mine by first taking a back up copy of the settings.

    Factory reseting the device, setting up the code again, then restoring from backup.

     

    Hope that helps if you haven't already gotten it.
