Orbi RBR50 v2 cant retrieve circle admin passcode

Question

I can’t get the circle app working, it recognises my orbi r50 but dors not send the admin passcode required to log in.

I can’t seem to retrieve it on http://orbilogin.com/ either. Please advise how to get the app working as I need to set parental controls.
