ORBI750 started blocking a specific app this week
The ORBI750 started blocking a specific app it did not block last week. We use SUPERBOX devices, they contain an app that streams live tv. The app is called BLUETV. The app worked on all three of our SUPERBOXs last week and now will not load on any of the three devices. Other apps like ELITE1 work on the SUPERBOX. The SUPERBOXs are not showing as a blocked device in the ORBI app. Help please!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Is Armor or Smart Parental Controls enabled on the RBR?
Has there been any changes on the RBR750? Updated FW or user changes made on the RBR?
