Passcode is not sending through SMS

I am trying to get my circle app to resend me the admin code to my phone and it says "something went wrong". 

The reson i need a new code is due to me having to reset my cirle for the second time. The device was telling some devices in the house it could not get wifi due to being passed bed time and this would be in the middle of the afternoon. I seem to have many issues with the circle app. I love being able to turn the wifi off to the kids since they go to bed after us. thank you
