Ps4 and Circle

Question

Hi my kids have been multiple devices connected to the Orbi and managed by circle. For some reason only 1 of the PS4’s respond to time limit restrictions set in Orbi and the other 2 don’t. The other 2 are mapped to the devices listed in the app and setup similarly to the other ps4. Any help?
