R6700v3 and circle

Hello I want to use Circle on my R6700 router, but I am asked to provide a 4 digits numbers that I do not have. There is a way to get an SMS, but I do not have set any phnone number in my profile.

So I'm unable to get the PIN for my Circle app. Based on all the posts it looks like I need support to help.
