R7450 Parental Controls

Where can I get some detailed info and tips& tricks to manage teen's devices. We have PS4, 3 smartphones (one Apple, 2 Android) and Amazon tablet+ chromebook.

Ideally we'd like to have both parents with app on phone, however when I try to sign in on my wife's phone it says "app already on a device". So does that mean she needs her own login? Can we have 2 smartphones managing the same AC2600(BestBuy model) router? Also on the web app I cannot select the device I want to manage before entering schedule. Does that mean all devices will shut down at that time? Basically I need a manual on Nighthawk app. I bought this router based on the fact that it has superior parental controls. Also is it possible to add Circle to this router or is there a monthly fee for that?
