RBR40 won’t connect
I paused the internet using the Circle app, then the next morning, the circle app wouldn’t load, so I couldn’t unpause it. I eventually deleted the circle app. We were first getting a message on our devices “looks like this device is paused”. I deleted the circle app and now we are getting a message saying “this connection is not private”. I tried reinstalling the circle app but it says it can’t find my router. I’ve tried unplugging and resetting my router but the Orbi app says WiFi is not detected. I have deleted and reinstalled the Orbi app. We can sign onto our network on our phones but it doesn’t actually work. We keep getting error messages that it can’t establish a secure connection to the server. Help please!

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?
