RBR50 Parental Controls DO NOT WORK

I have an RBR50 running firmware 2.7.4.24 connected to a Frontier router. I just bought this Orbi unit about a week or so ago. I setup all the parental controls for off times and profiles. It seemed to work for a day or so and then it just stopped working. It doesn't block anything when off times/bed times are scheduled. I paid a lot of money for this unit particularly to block devices at different times. Please help.
