I logged case 43584822, got through to level 1 support, was then switched to Circle support, tried to press 1, but call disconnected. The level 1 tech confirmed my mobile - I'm expecting a call back.

Actually, I do not know what is going on with that case, because....
1 - I've received 2 emails saying that its waiting for my response, but (a) there is no updates from Netgear I can see (I can only mine) and (b) the emails don't say what specifically they want from me.
2 - At one point the case was marked resolved, but it didn't explain how it was resolved.
3 - Also there are no clear instructions on how OpenDNS is set up.
I've attached a screenshot of what my case looks like on from my viewpoint, please explain where Netgear's updates are viewed, because I cannot see them.
