reset account info for circle disney

Can someone please explain how I access my circle disney account info? 

I'm going in circles literally here, its current on my iphone subscriptions.

My router updates are current but all of a sudden all the permium features were gone.

I delete the app and rebooted, now it asks me for a circle passcode.

I dont know what it is.

I try the send SMS feature but the account has my old cell phone number.

Can I please get some help top reset my account info so I can recieve the SMS text with the new code?

      I also need help with this same issue. Everything I've read tells me I need to reset my Circle account and to contact Netgear tech support, but my 90 day warranty is up. That isn't very helpful.

      How do I change my phone number that I originally signed up with, so I can get the passcode?
