Resetting Circle Admin Passcode
I have changed phone numbers (I don't have access to my old phone number). I need my admin passcode to be reset. thank you

I have read all the information in the link provided. However, I do not see how to reset my circle account and start over. I do not have a circle device that I can reset. The Circle I'm using is "in" the Netgear rooter.. I don't know what to do...

You'll need to contact NG support and have them help you out. There's nothing we can do here in the forums when it comes to Circle accounts and passcode.

do I need a support contract so that they will reply my request? I have opened a case with all my information for 2 days and seems no one will reply and all my support contracts are expired.
