Resetting Circle Pin for Nighthawk R8000

Hi, Can somebody help me reset a pin on the Netgear Circle App? Evetime I go to Manage Circle > Send Passcode  > Text Me, I have never received a text message with a new pin. I've toggled Circle on...

    Thanks for send the link, but I've already gone through the steps with no luck, including trying to setup Cirlce on another device.

    I've seen a few posts where the pin can be reset by Netgear support.
