return

i reieved the item and it is unopened and i need to return it as i bought the netgear that includes the circle as well. but for whatever the reason may be the websites states cleary that returns are easy within 30 days. however this is not true. the live chat is no live chat there and there is no option to contact servise team member as the link goes back to the live chat and there is also no phone number so im going around in circles. can anyone please please  share with me how ii can get a label to do this return?

it says i should provide the order number along with my info but there is no where to provide that because the message board redirects u to get in touch with support team which apparently does not exist
