Switch between Circle and Netgear Smart Parental Controls

Running firmware 2.5.4.0 and I would like to know if there is a way to switch from Circle to the new Netgear Parental Controls? I'd like to give NPC a try to see how it compares to Circle.  Hopefully...

Thank you for the response which is useful but now I need to know how to do that.  I'm reluctant to disable Circle until I know I can activate Netgear Smart Parental Controls.
