Uncategorized IP addresses using up internet time

I have a router with Circle enabled and I'm finding the time against my kids devices is continually being used up by a few IP addresses that show up as uncategorized. One is actually the IP address of my internet service, so it seems as though it's recording false positives.

How are you meant ot get support for this? I paid a subscription fee for Circle, but it seems as though I get no support for that fee.
