Verizon wireless calling error with circle app

There is a problem with the iPhone 11 switching between cell service and wifi due to the circle app on the Nighhawk, turning the app off solves the issue or else I'd have my family subscribed to the service.

    Is there an error that occurs or is the transition from cell service to WiFi slow when connecting to the WiFi network?
