whatsapp messages

I am using a netgear orbi with circle. My son is having a maximum amount of time on his devices.

But I want to allow him to use whatsapp, even if his time has expired.

(using whatsapp doesn't need to count as computertime).

What configuration do I need to make?

    Would you mind clarifying whether you have filters set for Whatsapp and providing the maximum time you have set on your son's devices
