Whitelist for OffTime (Circle)

Hello.  We have an Orbi RBR20, and use the Circle (1st generation) feature with our kids.  We homeschool, and have "OffTime" during the weekday so that the kids focus on school, and not distractions from the Internet.  Is it possible to allow certain sites (whitelist) during OffTime?  In other words, we'd like to block Internet except for specific educational websites.
