AC1000 misspelled password during setup

I misspelled the password during the setup process so now I can't connect since I don't know how I spelled the password. I don't have access to internet other than through this router. How do I just start everything over?

    while the device is powered on, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds. That'll get you back to factory. 

    another option? 

    go to netgear.com/support/   type in your model number. it'll take you to the manual with more info on factory resetting.
