AC1200 Wifi will not stay connected
I just purchased this router and I am trying to set it up through the app but it will not stay connected to my phone. I can't set anything up. Everything is green it connects then disconnects.
As suggested, tell us the model number. AC1200 is a wifi speed thingy. Netgear makes a bunch of them.
What modem is this connected to?
Do you start everything in the order that Netgear suggests?
- With everything wired up
- First turn on modem
- Next turn on the router
- Then turn on the PCs and other stuff that need IP addresses
