AC1750 R6400v2 connected to 1G Speed Cable Modem but not exceeding 25 MBits WiFi(default settings)
Everything is default settings.
When connected to Xfinity cable modem with ethernet cable ... we get close to 1 Gig speed (usally over 500 MBits)
Everything is measured with Speed Net application.
But all of the WiFi devices get Max 20-25 MBits speed
Why is that?

- Xfinity will usually only provision one device to receive an IP address and full service. That IP address probably went to the computer that you connected to the modem.
Try unplugging the cable modem for a few minutes, then plug it back in. Don't connect anything except the router into the modem after you do this. This should force the CMTS (This is the upstream system that your modem connects to) to reprovision service to your router.
If this fails to work, then a last resort is to clone your computer's MAC address into the router. Enter it in the "Router MAC Address" section in the Internet settings on the router. This will fool the CMTS into thinking that your router is your computer. Unfortunately, this has a big downside in that it disables hardware acceleration on the router. There will be a significant drop-off in speeds without acceleration.
