AC1900 R7000 Nighthawk
This router “loses” my iPhone 7+ . I have to get on NetGenie & refresh until it finds my phone. There are two other phones & it never loses them. I watch on “network map” and it “grays out” Bobs iPhone. I keep playing with it and it finally finds it & works perfectly.
I have refreshed the network settings on the iPhone; I’ve got the latest firmware on the router; I’ve updated the driver on my Realtek network adaptor;

1. Please indicate the exact firmware version of the router.
2. To confirm, the iPhone 7 Plus keeps getting disconnected from the WiFi network, correct?
3. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz) for the iPhone?
4. Please try changing the channel for either bands.
