AC3200 router developed IP address conflict.
After power disruptions (storm) now noted in scan of connected devices that root IP addresss of half of devices is 10.100.1.1 and another IP address root for remaining devices is 192.168.1. Thirty dev...
I removed all devices from the switch and one by one plugged back in switch for DHCP to assign a new address.
No change in problem. Am I missing something?

Are you talking about a standalone switch? Or are you referring to the switch in the router?
Can you describe your setup? Is it the following?
Modem---Router---Devices
Is the WAN port on the router connected to the Modem?
