Access Anywhere not working on 2 routers RAX45 and R7800

I cannot turn on Access anywhere on both.

I got an error "Something went wrong, sorry about this. Please try again."

I reinstalled the Nighthawk app on my iPhone. Both routers have the latest firmware.
