Access Control on the Android App

I am trying to locate the Access Control menu on the Android app. Every time I log in to my router on my desktop to change the access control settings, there is a message that pops up that says "To use Access Control, please use the Nighthwak App."

 

Also, is there a way I can use both the app as well as logging into the router to change the access control settings?

    Telling us which Android App you are talking about night help. And much more which router model and firmware you try to configure the access control.

    Granted, considering the big unknown App does suggest to use the Nighthawk App one could guess you are using a different Netgear App.... Probably the obsolete Genie App (or desktop program)?

      Disregard... I found the solution through another post after researching for a while. Had to factory reset the router and start over again to gain access to the Access Control area. As soon as I download the app and enable parental controls, I lose the ability to see Access Control. A factory reset was the only solution I found that worked.
