By somehow I can't pause or resume other devices in the Night Hawk app and I can't even set up the guess wifi on the app either. Thank you.

May you let us know what firmware version the router is currently on along with the current Nighthawk app version. To setup guest network, please refer to the KB article linked below.

My router model is Netgear Night Hawk R7000 (I bought it in late 2015), the firmware version of the router is V1.0.9.88_10.2.88. The version of Netgear NightHawk app I'm using is 2.4.23.1. I'm using the app on IOS. For the guess wifi, i used to be able to establish it on the app but right now i have sign in the website to establish the guess wi-fi.Thank you.
