Android Genie App Cannot be Uninstalled

When I try to uninstall the app, the Genie splash screen opens up and then freezes. Only option is to pull my battery.    FWIW: LG G4

    I rooted my phone and was then able to just delete all the Netflix Genie App crap.  I'm all clean now.  Thanks for trying to help.

Hi @_Fletch,

 

Try using the "Force Stop" option then "Uninstall" the app.

      Please try installing over an older version of the app and then uninstall it. You may use the download link for the previous version below.

        The install process errors out. 

         

        "X   Application Not Installed"
