Android Genie App Cannot be Uninstalled

When I try to uninstall the app, the Genie splash screen opens up and then freezes. Only option is to pull my battery.    FWIW: LG G4

    I rooted my phone and was then able to just delete all the Netflix Genie App crap.  I'm all clean now.  Thanks for trying to help.

Hi @_Fletch,

 

1. Are you able to install and uninstall other applications on your phone?

2. Does the issue occur on any of your other Android devices?

3. Have you tried uninstalling it through the Google Play Store and not through the settings?
