Another associated account on my device for dns controls

When trying to log in I get there's another account on this device how can I delete it or see which one it is

    Same as above. "This device is registered to another open DNS account". How to I unregister and kill the other DNS account?

    1. We recommend contacting support via phone first to confirm your registration.
    2. Once the device is registered, you can contact OpenDNS to move the registration to your registered email.
