That seems to be in order. And the problem doesn't seem to be common.

Bit of a puzzle then, until a real expert can step in.
There are always the usual troubleshooting moves that can cover many issues. Like a router reset. Checking that you don't have a modem/router, or anything else on the network that gets in the way of the app.
