App not compatible with phone (RAX35)
The wifi app is not compatible with my phone, is there an alternative app or PC download for this?

What phone are you using? I know the android and iOS apps work.
You can set it up using the brower based method from the manual.

It's a TCL A501DL (Basically a cheap $30 Wal-mart Phone)
- Again, you can set it up via the browser.
Not sure why you're getting the app isn't compatible. That phone runs android 8.1 which has a nighthawk app.
