Hi Mommytwinz, welcome to the community! Please provide a screenshot of the app page. Also, is this the Android or iOS version? The C7000 (indicated on the footer) is not among the models that support the Nighthawk app. Please check the model number and firmware version of your router.

- MommytwinzDec 24, 2019AspirantIt happened again with the new router. Had to exit app and go in again. I then deleted app and reinstalled it. It happens even if remote management is enabled. I think it is an issue with the app at this point.
