App showing unknown under device connected names

When I go into the Nighthawk App for my XR500 Router and look under the Devices settings it shows under the device connected in both Wired and Wireless but also under each of the named devices it has UNKNOWING. How do I get rid of the UNKNOWING from showing?

    Hi Greynomand, welcome to the community! You can try editing/changing the name of the devices on the list via the Nighthawk app or via the web UI of the XR500. Is that something that you've tried?

      Hi DexterJB, I have tried that and still have the same problem. I have been told that it maybe something to do with the app and see if an update in the future may fix the problem. 

      Also lately the device manager in the app does npt show the devices connected sometimes and the only way to fix this problem is a reboot of the router.
