App won’t let me save device names
So for a while now my Netgear app won’t let me save custom names to devices. It used to save them fine and one day it stopped working. It’ll change the name then when I save and refresh the network m...

You can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)

Same issue Nighthawk IOS app 2.3.1.37 Iphone SE IOS 12.2
The Devices menu allows you to edit and save a name for your device. But if you navigate out of the menu and back the saved names revert to the original "-"
Is this a known bug ?
The router web interface does allow saving a device name :-)
- I am having the same issue. I just recently downloaded the new nighthawk app. Never had any trouble with the netgear genie app. Has anyone found a resolution for the problem?
Why don't you observe your own advice? the user was asking a simple question and you're acting like a complete jerk. Does that make you feel more like a big man rather than a pathetic little punk?
