Attached Devices / Network Map

Hi, I recently upgraded to the latest router firmware (V1.0.2.32) and then noticed my attached devices (and network map devices on genie app) are missing.  Anyone else experiencing the same issue?  ...

    Hi JLeon,

     

    Please make sure you do a factory reset after updating the router's firmware.
