Bad update

New Update Ruines is there a way to Un install this update I can't use my Qos genie or many of the other features I paid dearly for

  • New update for what?

     

    Was that a firmware update?

     

    What does it ruin?

     

    Did you reset to factory settings after the update?

     

     

  • The most recent update, I haven't been able to use my qos. Now I'm trying to find out if installing a dd-wrt would void my warranty or support. The factory version only let's me use the vpn that they want and the qos is non functional. I've tried to get it to work for over 14 hours. I was so tired of fighting it that I'm ready to just flash the router with firmware from another company and just give up on netgear. Although they respond quickly in support is really pointless if the issue isn't resolved.
