Browser netgear genie v1.2.12 can't click simple or advanced tab

Hi @Nigor,
1. Have you tried using another device (another computer, smartphone, tablet)?
2. Have you tried performing a power cycle (turning off then on)?
3. Have you tried resetting the router?

Hi, I tried using my smartphone, who has the same issue with chrome and base android browser.
The modem has been switched off and on multiple times, and even reset, I had to set the parameters (password and name).
The issue is the same, without improvement. I'd like to try another (older) version of the router, but it seems like I can't install another version anyhow.

1. What is the model number of your device?
2. Did you perform the reset by pushing the small button on the unit? If not, please refer to the link below for the steps.

Well I have a few numbers and to be honest I don't know which one is the one you'd like to get.

Yes, I have pushed the "restore factory settings" button with a pointy object and had to reset the connection using the security pin (I think it was that one) and made a brand new wi-fi network.
