Browser netgear genie v1.2.12 can't click simple or advanced tab
Hey there, Since a few months now, I can't access advanced tab on my browser netgear genie because it's impossible to click on it, well, it highlights but the click doesn't load nor reacts. ...
Hi, I tried using my smartphone, who has the same issue with chrome and base android browser.
The modem has been switched off and on multiple times, and even reset, I had to set the parameters (password and name).
The issue is the same, without improvement. I'd like to try another (older) version of the router, but it seems like I can't install another version anyhow.

1. What is the model number of your device?
2. Did you perform the reset by pushing the small button on the unit? If not, please refer to the link below for the steps.

Yes, I have pushed the "restore factory settings" button with a pointy object and had to reset the connection using the security pin (I think it was that one) and made a brand new wi-fi network.

1. Did the power light flash when you held down the reset button?
2. Did you power down the router after the reset?
3. Have you tried using another computer (not a mobile device)?

1. Yes, I held up the button until the light flashed, if I recall correctly.
2. The router has been powered down after the reset and before setting it up again.
3. Yes, I have tried using my brother's computer which runs Windows 10 (I'm on 7) but the problem was still there, despite the different OS and browser.
