C6300 android app doesn't work

Question

So I loaded the net genie app on my android phone and it sees the network and all attached devices. When I click on a device and say "pause Internet" a red line goes through that device on the network map, but the device keeps working. I went to the "remote access" and tried sliding the button to On, but it keeps telling me it "does not support remote access" WTF is it good for then? Why doesn't it work?

Hi Akuvar,

The remote login feature is not supported by the device model. As for the pause Internet feature, please try using another device (another Android/iOS) and check if it works.
