While not listed in the Genie App Supported Routers (suprise, suprise ChristineT), the NETGEAR AC3200 WiFi Cable Modem Router Model C7800 User Manual does clearly talk of using the Netgear Genie App, eg. on p.19 "Access the Modem Router With NETGEAR genie App".
