Dear concern,

 

Thank you for your quick respose. i am a internet service provier. only me and my other netgear wifi router user having this type of poblem. i have a tenda and tplike router also but i face this problem while i use netgear route (both wifi and  cable connection from router). my routers Router Firmware Version is V1.1.0.32_1.0.1.

    1. Have you tried resetting the router?

    2. Have you tried using other firmware versions?
