  • I try that also and got this message
You are not connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.com, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.

If I log in using the address 192.168.0.1.8 it will take me there but I am concerned that that is not the correct site
    • The address:

      http://192.168.0.1

is another way to get at the router interface.

(There is no such thing as: 192.168.0.1.8)

      The address:

is not a "site" as such. It is the local address for the router's interface. You can use it even if you are nowhere near the Internet. Indeed, you usually have to get to it before you can get on the Internet.

Remember, the username and password for the router is not the same as the wifi username (SSID) and password.

If you search this forum for "device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network" you will find plenty of ideas that you can try.
