Hi @Joe2386,
The firmware version of your router indicates that it is an ISP supplied device which means that there are modifications made by the ISP. Some features of the device may end up not working.

Hi all,
i have the same problem with my wndr4300, new firmware and genie application.
You have to do the following:
The router firmware is not able to authentificate in that menu to opendns and therefor the router can not receive your decided live parental control settings from that site.
Workaround:
You first have to login to opendns and create bypass accounts for all your network devices you wish to configurate with different LPC settings (as router default).
Then you have to install the genie application at all of these clients and login to genie and life parental control menu with your opendens account. Then choose/authentificate the created bypass account.
Then you can disable, with the taskbar icon of genie, to start genie when windows comes up or even you can uninstall genie at these clients.
The depended information stays at the routers ROM, even you restart your router, but not when you reset it.
Tip:
If you change at opendns.com your filters of the bypass accounts, you have to wait 5 minutes and then the filter is operative at the client, without reboot of the client or router

Same problem here.
Filtering on device level in the network panel does not work (pc version and android app)
WNDR4300 firmware 1.0.2.80
Pitty, because good parental control on a router is important.
Also keyword filtering would be apreciated with the parental control (it's either 1 or the other it seems)
