cannot log in to my router...Plz HELP

i used to be able to log into my router through the genie now it wont .  this is the error message I get "NETGEAR rounter is not found or is not supported."  plz help, why is this so hard.? a dissati...

Is the router still working or is it out of work? Mind if you hard resetting the router? If no, then do it and after router comes up ready try

manual log in again.
