1. Have you tried using another device (Android, iOS, another computer)?
2. Are you able to login to the router using the NETGEAR Genie app (not via the Parental Controls option) to check if the app detects the router?
3. Have you tried temporarily disabling the security software?

I will try to log on through another device when I get a chance. I did log on through the link you provided, which works fine and I can set the parental controls. Unfortunately, they are never pushed out to the router and nothing is blocked.
Thanks. Unfortunately, nothing works. It is essentially a useless feature.
Even on another device I coudn't log on to the router through Netgenie Parental Controls.
To clarify, I can occasionally (rarely) logon to the router through NetGenie parental controls which brings me to a logon box for my OpenDNS account, but that never works. I can logon to the OpenDNS account through my browser, but setting changes never take effect.
