1. Please try using another device and check if the issue persists.

2. Are you logging in to https://netgear.opendns.com/sign_in.php?

Thanks for your feedback.

I will try to log on through another device when I get a chance. I did log on through the link you provided, which works fine and I can set the parental controls. Unfortunately, they are never pushed out to the router and nothing is blocked.
