Cannot pause internet from my iPhone app
Since a recent auto update to the iPhone Genie app, I cannot pause the internet on devices. When I try to enable the Pause Internet toggle, I am taken out of the Genie app and cannot save the setting. Any suggestions for how to fix it?

- I do not have a solution, but I am having same problem. Hopefully they fix this soon.

The bugs have been reported to engineering and are currently being worked on. Please make sure you keep the app up to date for possible fixes. In the mean time, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to check if it fixes some issues.

Any news on when this issue will be resoled? when I pause and internet connection it shows on the app that it has been completed , but the connection has not been paused. I tried this on a PC, and Iphone and a RUCU connection.. all continued to be connected to the internet
- I am also having the same issue. Is there a fix? Looks like this has been going on for a long time.
